Conformance Testing
The Xml Conformance Test aims to provide an easy way to test AP236 XML data files against the AP236 Model. With the Xml Conformance Test online service, it will be possible to validate AP236 XML data files anywhere with only an internet connection. There is no need to install anything, just use it.
This tool is for validating your implementations following AP236 data model. You can check if one catalogue in XML is according to the AP236 data model or you can integrate this tool in your software development. One example is, when it is necessary to check if one catalogue in XML is according to the AP236 Model. In this case, the stakeholders can validate the data against the AP236 Model. Another example, is when stakeholders want to generate XML data according to the AP236 Model, they can integrate this tool in their software development.
There are two AP236 Models to choose from:
- AP236 - the funStep standard (ISO 10303-236):
Specifies a conceptual model for the exchange of furniture product and interior design data through the furniture supply chain, i.e. among manufacturers, suppliers, retailers, interior designers, and customers. AP236 defines the application model that satisfies the information requirements for furniture product and project data representation and provides the integrated resources necessary to implement it, including representation at meta-level
- Furnitureproc -Business documents for product transaction and management:
Specifies the RFQ, Quotation, Order, Order Confirmation, Delivery Note, Packing List, and Invoice messages, integrated with the AP236 standard for product data.
