Below are the files used to check if your system is interoperable with funStep standards. Please download the files required to fulfill the Conformance Option that you are checking, and verify if you are able to read it in your system. Then, go to the Upload Files page and follow the step described.
CO1 – Simple Catalog
The Conformance Option 1 groups the minimum subset of resources to build a simple catalogue, defining the variability all products can support, the possible product configurability and specifying all the exceptions and special features a product can have.
The list of resources is:
CO2 – Rich Simple Catalog
The Conformance Option 2 allows, together with the resources defined in the CO1, the enrichment of the information defined in the Catalogue with new features that could be interesting for the manufacturer.
The list of resources is divided in two, due to their optional or mandatory aspects to define:
- Mandatory resource to implement:
- Optional resources to implement:
The optional characteristic of these resources is based on the fact that not all them must be defined in CO2, they could be defined later in other CO’s, but always before CO10 as it is the CO collector of all the resources from CC1 to CC4.
CO3 – Product properties
The Conformance Option 3 adds to the basic Catalogue structure defined in CO1 and to the measure and representation resource defined in the CO2, the capability of identify and assign properties to the products and their configurations.
If other resources were implemented in CO2, it is possible to define and assign properties to the documents, dates, languages … employed in the Catalogue.
CO4 – Product effectivity
This Conformance Option number 4 defines several ways to define range of values, periods or time, events or batch of product based in the enterprises needs, to enrich the Conformance option Number 2.
The Resource Date or Event must be defined in this level if not done before.
The conformance Option 4 does not implies the definition or use of properties. This relationship will be defined in other CO where the effectivity issues will be related with properties and rules to define a more complex and complete Catalog.
CO5 – Product Classification
The conformance Option 5 deals with the existence of an internal classification and the will of sending and interchanging this structure between the different participants of the relationship.
This CO is defined upon the necessity of having defined the properties (Resource 5) because this classification could be done through the attributes defined.
CO6 – Complex Expression
In the Conformance Option number 6 the addition of expression for the enrichment of the products configurability and semantics definitions gives a powerful capability to the Catalogue builder tools regarding the creation and composition of simple expression in more complex rules.
CO10 – Catalog Definition
The scope of the Conformance Option 10 is the overall view of all the Products in the catalogue with all the associated features. Multimedia files, CAD models, extra information, validity ranges, etc.
The Conformance Option 10 is completely equivalent to the Conformance Class 1
The CO10 bring together the resources:
CO20 – Catalog Definition with Geometry
The scope of the Conformance Option 20 is the definition of geometrical entities for the geometrical representation of the product contained in the catalogue.
The Conformance Option 20 is completely equivalent to the Conformance Class 2
The CO20 collects the resources:
CO30 – Catalog Definition with expressions
For the definition of catalogue with a high number of variability and exceptions between this configurability process, it is needed the application of complex rules of inclusion, exclusion of specifications. With these expressions it is possible to build a parameterized catalogue.
The Conformance Option 30 is completely equivalent to the Conformance Class 3
The CO30 bring together the resources:
