In this type of delivery, the difference from the classroom environment is the "room". In this case, the service provided will be the platform to execute a virtual classroom, instead of the traditional room. Also in this case, both trainers and different training materials will be provided.

E-learning is a training delivery that is both independent of time and location, the learner can access ubiquitously, i.e. anytime and anywhere. This kind of delivery is best adapted to active workers (e.g. managers) for further education and updates of their skills. However, the trainee must be focused and concentrated to make a profitable usage of it.
